By accessing or using JobRecon ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

JobRecon is operated by Operation Tango LLC, a Florida limited liability company located at 7901 4th St N STE 300, St Petersburg, FL 33702.

2. Service Description

JobRecon is a free career transition tool designed to help veterans and active-duty service members translate their military experience into civilian career opportunities. The Service provides:

• Military Occupational Code (MOC) to civilian career matching
• Salary data and wage comparisons
• Job search aggregation from public sources
• Career recommendations powered by artificial intelligence
• Skills gap analysis and transition guidance

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using JobRecon, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

No account registration is required to use JobRecon. The Service is provided anonymously and does not collect personally identifiable information without your explicit consent.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, user accounts, computer systems, or networks
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service without express written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Use the Service to transmit any malicious code, viruses, or other harmful components

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Operation Tango LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

• O*NET® - Occupational data is provided by the O*NET Program, sponsored by the U.S. Department of Labor, Employment & Training Administration
• Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) - Wage and employment data from the U.S. Department of Labor
• Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC) - Military occupational classification crosswalks
• USAJobs - Federal job listings from the U.S. Office of Personnel Management
• Adzuna - Job search data via Adzuna API
• Anthropic Claude - AI-powered career recommendations

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Operation Tango LLC, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

In no event shall Operation Tango LLC's total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed one hundred dollars ($100 USD).

8. Sponsored Content & Third-Party Links

JobRecon may display sponsored content, partner programs, and third-party advertisements. We may earn commissions from partner referrals at no cost to you. All sponsored content is clearly labeled in compliance with FTC guidelines.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Operation Tango LLC. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

You acknowledge and agree that Operation Tango LLC shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such third-party content, goods, or services.

9. Government Affiliation Disclaimer

JobRecon is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the U.S. Department of Defense, any branch of the U.S. Armed Forces, or any government agency.

While JobRecon uses publicly available government data sources (O*NET, BLS, DMDC, USAJobs), it is an independent service operated by a private company. References to military service, ranks, and occupational codes are for informational purposes only.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Pinellas County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the Service.
